Trinity House is a charity dedicated to safeguarding shipping and seafarers, providing education, support and welfare to the seafaring community with a statutory duty as a General Lighthouse Authority  where our mission is to deliver a reliable, efficient and cost-effective aids to navigation service for the benefit and safety of all mariners.  We are permitted to sell any spare capacity in our services to generate commercial income to supplement the General Lighthouse Fund.

Over 500 years of experience in marine services gives Trinity House its unique capabilities and we utilise that experience to bring cost-effective one-off, short-term or long-term solutions to commercial clients.

We ensure that key issues of safety, environmental protection and quality assurance are routine considerations at all times. Our management system is certified to the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code), Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

We use our knowledge and expertise to successfully deliver and manage a wide range of buoy, beacon and vessel service projects for customers in renewables, utilities, scientific research and local ports and authorities.
