The first MMS Employment, Pensions and Immigration breakfast seminar of 2017 will focus on mandatory gender pay gap reporting which is coming, and perhaps sooner than you might think.  For employers with 250 or more employees in the UK, the first snapshot must be taken on 5 April 2017.  For the 8,000 businesses who will be caught by the new regulations, the challenges of understanding your gender pay gap and how you report and address it will be the focus of our seminar. We will take a detailed look at:

  • to whom the Regulations apply
  • what is included within “pay” and “bonus”
  • the reporting requirements and what you can do to prepare
  • what might be skewing your figures
  • how to communicate your results to your workforce
