Decom Week 2023 will bring together speakers, exhibitors and delegates from across the spectrum of decommissioning. At Decom Week 2023, a multitude of factors influencing and inciting change in the industry will be discussed, with the focus on how the late life and decommissioning sector can make the most of the opportunities these changes present.

Keynote Speakers

Stuart Payne, North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), Director of Supply Chain, Decommissioning and HR

Stuart Payne is responsible for the NSTA’s activities in support of decommissioning and leads work with the UK service sector. Stuart co-chairs the industry’s Supply Chain & Exports Task   Force and is a member of the Scottish Government’s Energy Transition Leadership Group.

In July 2022 it was announced that Stuart had been appointed as the new Chief Executive of the NSTA, assuming responsibilities from 1 January 2023.
